The team I worked on is a blessed south Indian team. We are a three, one from AP, one from Kerala and I from TN. At lean times (when we are doing strategy planning for our future work) we use to exchange observatory notes (raillery) about each other’s state conscious egotist behaviour.
It was very hot and humid that day and as well drizzling. My friend exclaimed “kurukkanukku kalyaanam”!! After seeing our puzzling looks she explained – When there is both hot sun out and a pleasant rain around, they call it as folk’s marriage in Kerala.
We asked folks marriage?? Yes she replied F – O – X, folk’s marriage. We both erupted into a fitting laughter. She got angry and said, “Look who are laughing, you will say it as FAX marriage and FOLKS marriage is hundred times better than FAX marriage.
And we came to a conclusion, FAX marriage and FOLKS marriage, they are equally better than FOX marriage
What do you readers say??

FOX-->FOLKS-->FAX... What a transition in pronunciation across the thin border… :) Where you say this decides which is better… hahaha…
