I meet you after so long a time. Was that four five years back we met last time? We smiled and thanked Orkut for bringing us a chance to relive our friendship moments. It’s when you asked me that series of questions.
Friend - So when are you tying a knot??
Me – Err. It didn’t happen so far. Will let you know. Its men who do this any way)
Friend - why so late?
Me - I don’t feel so, anyways, parents are searching for rightful groom.
Friend – is that it? Or have you found some one??
Me – (deliberate coughs). No am not smart like you :-)) And besides, I have some other errand... Nice talking to you after a long time. Bye...
Friend - Oh sure. Send me invite and I will come and tell your hubby all the good things about you.
Me – Sure, ttyl
Apparently such conversations are my Achilles heels. I am a person, full of thoughts, ideas, interests, worries, excitements, fears, humour ... Isn’t there anything else to converse when you get to meet after so long? Yes marriages are important in every person’s life, I agree, but is it the only mission to be accomplished for you and only question you can search to ask?

He he he !!
On a more serious note...I can totally relate to what you had blogged. People always seem to ask the questions that we dont want them to ask, isn't it? [like me asking you why you have gone so thin and all ;-)]
Anyway...when are you getting married? ;-) ;-)
:-)
questions from dear friends with care( like you asked why am so thin) doesnot get into mind, its just popping up questions as soon as you say a hi (the said person is not one of your very close buddies)works up the patience.
And for your last question - asap. :-)
One more advice people used to give... that too when they see people like me and devvi... NALLA SAAPIDANUM SERIYA... :))
devvi same blood. but cant help part and part of life..
