Weekend Gala

Past two weekends had been a real gala time for me.. Last weekend , Nithya ( One of my best friends at college) stayed at my home and we felt we were again at our L- 203 room ( PSG Tech Final Year Hostel room) doing things at odd hours.. Can you imagine sitting past midnight, rolling down with laughter after one week of boredom at office??!! we did that last weekend...She has this magical skill of narrating events continuously that you cant wait to hear and roar with laughter.. geeks!! , a usually sound snoring night turned into a partying soiree with only two ladies participating!! We brought almost everyone we could think of in our conversation.. The effect was that we could never go to sleep untill next morning 4:00 A.M. Nevertheless I didn't feel sleepy! Laughter is the best medicine, to my conclusion it could also be a better substitute for sleep!!! Kudos to Nithya's narrating skills.. :-)

This weekend we stormed Suga's place.. Yeah true sports people we were! everyone tried games from one pitch catch ( cricket ) and shuttle and carrom.. !!! Team ( Anu, Beygan, Deeran, Suga, Nithyaand myself) invented lots of creative rules, played spectacular matches but alas only to a limited audience( Brinda, Maha and Kani) .If only Greg Chappel witnessed the play, he could have bargained for a better team. Exhausted, our distinguished Chef (Deeran) with assistance from all the players made a wonderful dinner!! Toast for a Wonderful Day Passed.!!Not to mention, the music treat from Suga's keyboard and beginner's lessons for me, beygan and naleine .. Naleine missed the games session but came at the right time for dinner!:-)

Anu had a tough time to keep up with my speed while coming down to Vadapalani.. dont take it in the wrong sense and think of me as a speed icon after Narein..!! I drive my scooty really well.. but somehow my speedometer can never go beyond 40 km mark ( I guess it as technical snag but no one else agrees to me) . She would have gone crazy to have me as a company for all the people :-)

You are wealthy if you have loving people around, who would go that extra mile for anything you need , how silly it might be ... I am wealthiest in that case! Thank god and I pray I grow to be deserving such people around me :-)
